Visit #1

In preparation for your dental veneers, your dentist will remove a thin layer of enamel from the surface of your tooth or teeth. Next, an impression is taken and sent to a laboratory where your custom veneer is designed.  While the laboratory constructs your veneers (usually about 2 weeks), temporary veneers are placed over your tooth or teeth.

Visit #2

During your second visit, your permanent veneers will be temporarily bonded to your teeth so that your dentist can make any necessary adjustments.  Once the fit is perfect, your teeth will be cleaned and polished in preparation of the permanent bonding process. Once the permanent bonding process is complete your veneers will be thoroughly examined and any last minute adjustments will be made.
